I was hired by Experientia to work on a research project for Swisscom. The client asked us to work with the data of their own ethnographic research and interpret it in a number of end-user focused scenarios and application prototypes to inform the design and development of new services.
My role included initial design, concept development, visualization of UX scenarios, development of UI concepts & GUI design. The work was carried out with a team of interaction designers and software developers.
Our challenge was to develop concepts for the presentation of presence information on different devices and different channels. The work had a strong user-centered approach, addressing the problem of display and control of information and ideating appropriate interface concepts.
